ISO standards therefore could play a significant role in achieving the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). There are many ISO Standards which organizations can use in implementing and sustaining their performance in quality, environment, safety, energy etc. But after implementation of the following 4 standards, organizations can not only improve their performance The Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle is a heart of all management systems. ISO Standards use the PDCA ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 requires that top management sets the overall policy objectives and goals for the organization related to quality, environment, safety & energy.
