Conclusion: A sustainably operating cement plant is a challenge of the century for thyssenkrupp and its customers. The green polysius ® cement plants will produce less CO 2 emissions and greenhouse gases and will reduce the energy consumption. This is an advantage and competitive edge for our customers: Green polysius ® cement plants will be able to meet strict local regulations and requirements for cement factories in the future. So, our customers are not only reducing their cement production’s carbon footprint they are also increasing the longevity and strengthening the position of their cement company in the highly competitive cement industry.
