References We have been able to improve the TPH of Packing plant, Real time performance of each packer along with utilization, Reduce Idle time, change over time of Packer which improves Loading Utilization, minimize Manual Intervention by implementing QR code-based Bag Counter System, eliminate Manual Process of Tally Checker and improve TAT (Turn Around Time) for Trucks and Wagons.
