49 Materials & Experimental Program The materials used were cement-OPC (43 grade),fine aggregate (FA)-river sand conforming to zone II of IS:383-1970, potable water, admixture (super plasticizer)-PolyCarboxylate ether and nanomaterials (viz., nanosilica, carbon nanotubes and nanotitanium oxide).
