The assessment of toxicity and potentiality to be taken into account, regardless of the intrinsic hazard posed by the dust , fumes and gases, which may have consequences on the health and safety of workers. The risk assessment could be followed as mentioned under. • Identify the hazards • Decide who might be harmed and how • Evaluate the risks and decide on precaution "STEL and LTEL" • Record your findings and implement them • Review the assessment 2.6 Preventive Control Measures of Oust hazards: The fine clay mixed limestone dust falls from 3.5m height to the crusher hopper in suspension stage due it's fineness particle settled with terminal velocity 0.0045m/s it remain in suspension in ambient for 13 minutes which may caused hazardous to health to workmen working near crusher location and crusher control room. The settling of fine particle should be faster to avoid the presence of particulate matter in ambient in suspension stage.
