( the biodiversity. The efforts for effective waste management can directly lead to the enhancement and preservation of Biodiversity. In water reservoir, aquatic ecosystem has developed by introducing fish species and duck and now the ecosystem is self-sustained and providing food and shelter for the birds and ultimately, enhanced the Biodiversity of the area. The area is enriched with the biodiversity specially Bird life. Total 54 species of birds of 34 families have been recorded at Narsingarh site. This whole project was highly appreciated by the visitors of Pollution Control Boards, ISO auditors, foreign delegates of HeidelbergCement. Acknowledgement Author is highly grateful to Mr. J.N.
