It has 9 manufacturing locations over various geographies in India and Vietnam. KCP's focus has always been towards contributing to the nation's lifelong infrastructure. KCP believes that enhanced use of natural and renewable energy sources is needed to help take the burden of their current dependency on fossil fuels. Power generation from renewable energy sources is increasingly becoming important all over the world as KCP strive to mitigate greenhouse gases and climate change issues which are important for their survival on planet Earth. KCP have a diversified portfolio of power projects in which green energy generation has an important share. KCP have successfully commissioned 8.25 MW of hydroelectric power projects in Nakarikallu Village in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh and it generates 340 lacs Kwh/year. KCP have also set-up wind Power of 3.25 MW capacity in Uthumalai Village , Tirunelveli District, Tamilanadu. KCP have also installed 2.30 MW WHR power plant using waste hot gases generated from their Cement Unit-1 located in Macherla, Guntur District, AP.
