The above modification was done to increase 5.0 RABH Performance : the gas volume handling capacity and to reduce Table No. 03 gas velocity at various locations in RASH to enhance the performance. Sanghi Industries has been able to achieve desired reduction in pressure drop across bag house by around 50 mmWG and consequent reduction in power drawn by Bag House Fan. This also is expected to improve bag life considerably. The new norms for emission related to Cement Industry also is being achieved with grate ease. 6.0 Conclusion : The intended modification has once again confirmed that efficiencies can be improved through extensive brain storming , effective team building and coordinated execution. We shall continue to explore options for improvement in the interest of the organization in particular and for the Nation in general. ••••• 3
