The new kiln system consists of a 5-stage, 2-string DOPOL ® '90 Preheater with PREPOL® - AS-CC calcining system, the rotary kiln (7.2/6.2 m in diameter and 90 m long) and a POL YTRAC~ clinker cooler. CEMENT GRINDING PLANTS WITH POLYCOM®FOR INDIA R.R. Nagar, Salem, Ariyalurllndia Madras Cements Ltd. is going to equip three factories in the Indian province of Tamil Nadu with latest-generation POLYCOM® cement grinding plants. The R.R. Nagar factory is to be equipped with a POLYCOM® high pressure grinding roll with SEPOL ® high-efficiency separator placed upstream of the ball mill already installed in the plant. The grinding plant will have a rated cement output of 250 tph . INVITATION FOR CONTRIBUTIONS The grinding plant at the Salem factory will also be upgraded by installing a POLYCOM® with SEPOL®_pc high-efficiency separator upstream of the ball mill. It will produce 230 tonnes of cement per hour. The grinding plant to be installed at the Ariyalur factory is to consist of a POLYCOM®high– pressure grinding roll, a SEPOL®_ PC high efficiency separator and a ball mill for an output of 230 tph of cement.
