LS33(E), dated the 14th September, 200~, (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), namely:- In the said notification, paragraph 11 shall ~ renwnbered as sub-paragraph (1) thereof, and after sub-paragraph (I) as so renumbered, the following·sub-paragraph shall be inserted, namely:- 11(2) Where an altocatiotl of coal block is cancelled in any legal proceeding; or by the Government in accordance with law, the environmental .clearance granted in respect of such coal block may be transferred, subject to the same validity period as was initially granted, to any legal person to whom such block is subsequently allocated~ and in s~ch case, obtaining of "no objection" fro·meither the holder of environment clearance or from the regUlatory authority concerned shall not be necessary and no referen~e shall be made to the Expert Appraisal Committee or the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee concerned. u [F: No. Z-11013/109/2014-IA-II(M)]. . . < MANOJ KUMAR SINGH, Jt.
