22 • We developed a motorised Oil Barrel Handling System to lift and move the barrels easily in side room • We developed in house Oil Barrels Handling Device for loading and unloading of barrels from vehicles in different heights; it is working electrically and as well as manually to avoid risk in handling of barrels with reduces manpower.  The project cost is Rs.29,750/- and the Net saving after Implementation is Rs. 96,140/- per annum by reducing manpower requirement. The payback period is 3.7 months only.  Provides 100% safety.  Avoids Physical Load & Reduces Fatigue  Minimizes damages of oil barrels  Avoids oil spillages  Needs less manpower  Can be able to handle more no. of oil barrels  Allows loading and unloading of oil barrels by manual operation in the absence of electricity  It can be shifted to everywhere thus Allows loading and unloading of barrels anywhere.  Flexible to adjust the height variation depends up on vehicles height.
