- .i [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETIE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE ORDER New Delhi, the 1st April. 2015 S.O. ~~.~.(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sulrsections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 ( 29 of 1986) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests number 8.0.490 (E), dated the 19th March, 2012 exQept as respects thinks done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby re3constitutes the Odisha Coastal Zone Management Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) consisting of the following persons, for a period of three years, with effect from the 19th Day of March, 2015, namely:- 1.
