10. The Authority shall place information regarding the agenda and minutes of its meetings in the public domain, including through lntemet website www.envfor.nic.in, and shall create provision for displaying of status of proposals received from the States and Union territories. l l . The foregoing powers and functions of the Authority shall be subject to the supervision and control of the Central Government. 12. The Authority may, whenever required, shall invite any other expert as a member during its meeting. l3.
