FOUR JOINT NCB-CMA PROGRAMMES CLEARED BY NCB'S RESEARCH ADVISORY COMMITTEE At its 58th meeting held on 21st March 2002 in New Delhi, the ResearchAdvisory Committee (RAC) of the National Council for Cement and BuildingMaterials (NCB) cleared a number of R&D projects funded from Cement Cess and Plan Grant. The Committee also approved the following programmes to be jointly executed by CMA and NCB : (i) Use of flyash and flyash-based portland pozzolana cement ih reinforced concrete construction (in collaboration NCB ResearchAdvisoryCommitteeMeeting in progress.
