A Workshop was also organised on 20 March 1997 in New Delhi, in which representatives from the cemenl industries, National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB), and Govt sectors participated . The Workshop was inaugurated by Shri A.H. Dalmia, President (Cement), OCL India Ltd and Keynote address was deli vered by Dr. Bhaskar Natraj an, Director, EMC. Shri A.H.
