The aerated water will flow to Clarifier and sludge will settle at the bottom and the Treated Water will go to the Treated Water tank. The settled sludge will be re-circulated to Aeration Tank 1 by gravity or by running the Clarifier Sludge Pump (CP) at an interval of 2 hours for 10 minutes. Only , in case the sludge level in the AT1, 2 or 3 increases to above 250 ml level in 1000 ml Measuring Cylinder, it will be sent to Sludge Digestion or wasted to Sludge Drying Bed. The Treated Water will be filtered by pumping (FP) through PSF and ACF to Clear Water Tank. A Garden Pump (GP) installed in Clear Water Tank will supply water to the garden or to the new vegetable garden acquired on long lease from the Municipal Corporation. ES jl- After a very short construction and assembly time, commissioning work has commenced at the new 6500 t/d cement production line built for Wonder Cement Ltd . in Nimbahera, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Two cement grinding systems completed the order. Each of these 200 t/h combi-grinding systems consists of a POLYCOM high-pressure grinding roll , a SEPOL– PC high-efficiency separator and a single compartment mill. In the middle of 2011 , Wonder Cement also decided to install a POLAB AMT to assure the cement qualities produced by the new plant. For its new cement grinding plant, Mangalam Cement Ltd. selected a grinding system from ThyssenKrupp Polysius. The new grinding plant is to be installed in Aligarh near New Delhi in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is to be a combi– grinding system consisting of POLYCOM high– pressure grinding roll with two 1060 kW drive units, a SEPOL-PC high-efficiency separator and a 3.6 m x 8.0 m ball mill with a drive power of 1300 kW.
