Various Innovations to implement Safety Low Pressure Body Cleaning Air blower We installed “Low pressure body cleaning air blowers” at various locations across the plant. Key benefits  Reducing the risk of injury, compressor air can be dangerous if it comes in contact with the skin, eyes or other sensitive body parts, low pressure body cleaners are very safe to use compared to compressor air.  This blower is cost effective and an energy saving solution, a safe equipment for cleaning of human body.  The operation pressure is less than 8 PSI air, which poses no threat to personal injury.  Low noise emissions, noise level is below 78db, which is lower than compressed air nozzle units. Touch Free Breath Analysers for Alcohol testing We introduced touch free breath analysers for alcohol testing Key benefits  This breath analyzer is non-invasive and does not require any physical contact with the device, making it less intimidating for users and reducing the risk of injury / infection, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic period.  Also a touch free breath analyzer reduces the risk of cross-contamination between users, making it more hygienic and safer to use.  The device is easy to use, and do not need to blow in the mouthpiece or handle the device, making it more convenient and easier to use for all employees, workmen and drivers.  Also with touch free device compliance with social distancing while using in line with Covid-19 precautions and guidelines. Safety Training on Wheels We introduced “Safety Training on Wheels” This Safety Training on wheels vehicle, we made it in- house and video training are providing many benefits for the workers, while we are conducting on site training.
