I Environment VIKRAM CEMENT WORKS RECEIVES ENVIRONMENT- QUALITY AWARD During Sep 2011 , VCW (a unit of UltraTech Cement Ltd.) got "Rajiv Gandhi Award for Clean Technology 2009-10" under the Cement category by Ministry of Environment and forest, New Delhi for commendable efforts towards conservation of energy and water, reduction in waste generation and protection of the environment through use of innovative practices and environment friendly technologies.
